Strong Content of The Week: 6/25/14

What’s up Strong Content readers?! I know I say it every week, but this weeks content is SUPREME!  I think I have finally  narrowed down the material, to the really good stuff.

A couple of the articles this week refer to programming and how we deliver our programming to our “audience”.  As I grow as a coach, I realize that our job is so much more than simply programming a strength and conditioning plan.  While the plan and actual sets and reps is important, the actual execution of said plan is so much more important.  USC contributor Adam Gentry wrote a great article this week, here, outlining the importance of keeping the actual plan as simple as needed and placing focus on the overall quality over what is being done.  On a daily basis we must find ways to get athletes to buy into the program we create, and coach the the shit out of everything we do.
