I just got my hands on a brand new program from Dave Durell, and I was so impressed that I wanted to let you know about it right away. I have to be honest, I was kidn of skeptical at first because I thought it was going to be some recycled information from years ago, but it’s not. It’s actually very good stuff that can be used by just about anyone. The way Dave presents the information is fantastic and it’s the kind of program that is very easy to implement in a variety of settings.
If you incorporate any for of high intensity training into your program, you’re going to love Dave Durell’s Hyper Intensity Training program.
If you’ve never done any form of HIT training, you’re going to love Dave Durell’s Hyper Intensity Training program.
If you have pre-conceived notions about what you think HIT training is all about, you’re going to love Dave Durell’s Hyper Intensity Training program.
If you think HIT training sucks, you’re STILL going to love Dave Durell’s Hyper Intensity Training program.
The reason you’re going to love this is that Dave has broken things down into very simple terms and outlines exactly what to do to maximize your gains in the shortest amount of time possible.
Sure, there are a lot of people out there who feel like this style of training is only for bodybuilders, but Dave’s program shows you exactly how to make it work for anyone. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think this is not a complete athlete development program. This isn’t even a complete year-round strength program for all athletes. That’s not what it’s meant to be. This is a great tool to have in your chest, and Dave’s version of how to implement it is the best I’ve seen.
There are certainly times of the year when a brief, intense and safe workout is the perfect option for any athlete. Think about in-season training. Wouldn’t it be great to achieve great results in a very limited amount of time with a very safe program? Of course it would, and many great college strength coaches have been doing this for years. It’s kind of a little secret that many of them don’t talk about because everyone always wants to talk about their off-season program.
Another reason I really liked Dave’s program is that it is super inexpensive and includes a ton of extra stuff including instructional videos, training videos, workout sheets, a membership to his site and more. I’m really impressed with Dave’s knowledge and ability to put out great stuff like this, and I think you’re going to get a lot from it no matter what style of training you like the best. There is something in this program for everyone, and I really think Dave has put out a great product.
